Thanks,mate!

p.s.I am Balbos

A few days ago,I had a drink with some people.
I guy have spent 2 years in a prison. He told me about insane training that he was doing while being there by him and his mates.
He said they used to run circles around the recreation track for an hour and a half( resting time included ).
He used to do 40 sets of 40 dips
40 sets of bodyweight squats for 40 reps
each day
+ other training

Insane! he said that although he was a competitive athlete before for many years that while in prison he was itop shape of his life.
When I asked him why he trained so much,he said it kept him sane and rid him of all the bad energy.
He also said that being strong and muscular is necessary for keping other inmates of attacking him.

Balbos is still going strong.
For a whole month I didnt do any training beside fucking a lot and drinking.
I live in a hostel and have no access to the gym or boxing club.
I plan to start doing callistenics a lot.

Right now,i just do some training for my job.
I do some shadow boxing…working on my elbow strikes, some knee strikes,close-distance punching and some stretching of the shoulder area.

Elbows strikes are the key for a bouncer.

no recent ones, only an old 95 kilo snatch. this is over a year ago http://www.T-Nation.com/tmagnum/readTopic.do?id=1633377 probably somewhere in may-june i have new videos

So, BALBOS, how is the training going? Have you been working on the snatch pulls already?

Remember the key to weightlifting technique is keeping the center of gravity of the weight and the body as close as is possible together along with maximum extention of the body.

That’s why you have to push the barbell toward your body and keeping your shoulders in front of it while doing the pull. Also pulling with straight arms is the only way to keep the barbell close to the body, otherwise it swings away and on top of that decreases speed.

Basically, you push with your legs and push the barbell to your body with straight arms, shrug the shoulders at the end and drop like a bomb.

GO BALBOS!!![/quote]

I dont have access to weights, mate.
I just basicaly do elbow strikes training for my work.Spending time working, drinking ,with my fiancee…

Being strong means you fefeat weakness. You are able to defaet any weakness. Any weakness!
