**The chilly walk to the gym made my Raynaud’s act up, and it seemed to take forever to get circulation back to my extremities so I could feel the floor and hold onto a bar. further evidence i’m meant to live further south.
**I decided I hate repping out deadlifts. Not in a way that they’re hard to do, but I start using the wrong muscles and my erectors blow up, fucking up the rest of my workout. I think next wave i’ll stick to unilateral and plyo stuff.
**Squats started out rough but ended feeling strong. Another reminder this is such a mental game.
