LooLoo… You & I are on the same wave length w/the training. I like the mil & the p-ups. Makes you feel strong doesn’t it? I think you can still do both in one session. On your pull ups you did 27. Try doing 6 sets of 5. I think you’ll find you don’t/won’t get as fatigued.

I’ve no doubt that you won’t hit that 105 very soon.

I always pull before I push…seems to help.

I wonder what the wrong ways are? I haven’t really drank since Thanksgiving, so I’m a little nervous. Plus, this means a lot of people are going to see how I ‘really’ eat, which is frightening in itself. But whatever, I’m planning on trying to let that all go for a week. You are my millie inspiration, btw! BW millies by the end of the year would be fabulous, deal?!

Sometime last year I threw out the goal of 3x10 pull ups, so I’ve been slowly working my way towards that, that’s why they’re clumped kind of funny. Hopefully in a few weeks I’ll be ready to go all out so I can move beyond that goal.

Any ideas on Vixendeuce would be appreciated.

Does that quote mean I’ll feel hungover and really guilty on top of it? I’ve never been to Vegas, but I read Fear and Loathing in LV and am pretty sure I need to amp up my recreational drug supply.

Hi Sr. Austin: Yes, cut is what we talked about (sorta). It’s 5 meals/day (and it’s all.the.DAMN.time, btw), which I can spread out or smoosh together as I wish. But it’s a full 2 meals more than I’m used to eating. I had nightmares last night about how much I had to eat, my tummy does not like it…but I’ll give it some time. I’m taking in more calories now than I ever have, so I don’t see how strength can become an issue.

Next time I get frustrated over a lift, you can just tell me to zip it. I’ll get it. And yes, PR was with the belt. I should start to record that.

I was wondering where in Nevada you were located. My pale butt will likely reflect itself all the way north. :slight_smile:

OK most importantly, I believe you should enter a linear drinking program…but first you have to find your 5 drink maxes in the most important liquors Whiskey and Vodka, test your tolerance this weekend, and start next week. Alternate 1 shot of whiskey (preferably Jamesons) and 1 shot of Vodka (preferably something awful like Georgi) each day for the first week and each week increase the shots by one for the next 6 weeks, in the 7th week retest your maxes I guarantee your original 5 shot max will be doubled to a 10 shot max, and then grasshopper you will be ready to be obliterated in all the right ways.
