Anyone who doesn’t like belts for squatting is a communist.

Or a ginger or something equally damned.
Nice squatting though. So did you wear a belt or not?

kouba-ha! nicely done.
git-you give me (and my ass) way too much credit. that’s not a complaint though, thank you
print-it should have been 190#…I have problems with adding, counting and such as soon as i step foot into the gym. and thankyouthankyou. hop on.
mim-no, it’s more. today was the first day i’ve actually been ready for a meal. i’m not complaining, i’m sure that will change.
yonkey-thank you. i think you’re lovely.
spock-i had a hard time pushing out against it when i first started, but I figured out how to do that without peeing my pants (thanks mini!)…I think it’s a learning curve about tightening and pushing out, I know you’ve been discussing that in your log. i have typos all over the place. i figure nobody’s writing an essay, so who cares?
scj-pic is for you. are communist jokes funny?
ddot-since i know you don’t joke around, i’ll just say i hope you have a gym belt and a potty belt.
hallowed-thanks hotstuff. and i think i have to, right?!
ouroboro-i didn’t today, but i normally do (normally=2 weeks, ha!) oh and thanks for stopping in!
Raynauds huh? I have that lovely condition as well. Hands and feet. Picked it up in my 20s. It appeared right after I went through a bad spell of unexplained bilateral joint pain and sun sensitive rashes. Dr said, “looks like lupus, we just need to wait until we get a major organ involved.” 15 years later–still waiting. No more incidents of joint pain or rashes. But the raynauds–I still have that–although sometimes it is more active than others. Both my sisters have it too. Sucks.

See, that’s funny because this was the first year I’ve noticed it, and it was after a series of weird, unresolved, medical signs/symptoms too. I think basically we’re medical anomalies, and all around badasses.
I took a picture when I first started to notice it, because i’m a nerd.

YEAH, damn, i hope I can figure this out soon. I tried the ab sticky outty bracey thing for my MP the other day and then I couldn’t figure out how to brace and breath at the same time, ha-ha.
This really shouldn’t be so complicated… ![]()
Oh wow. Raynaud’s sounds annoying. My hands and feet can get really cold sometimes but I’ve never lost feeling in them before. Crazy.
oh my god…I’ve had that weird thing too on my fingers. where they go numb and look all white like that… AHHHHH.
I TOO TOOK A PICTURE.

Just kidding. I wish I could figure a belt out :{
Im a big fan of your butt as well! Nice squattin brochacha!
New to the party and wow…amazing DLs…I like how you reset your form with each rep…just THAT little step alone pays huge dividends. Bravo, Amazing Lady!
EDIT: 2/25/2012 - I was thinking about your form this morning…and watched your vid again…I did see something. May I offer some advice? I would recommend is dropping the bar on the decent when you reach the knees…here’s the reason why:

I’ve always secretly wanted to be a ginger.
I wouldn’t worry about trying to figure a belt out if your not into it. I like mine but not all the time.
Just stopping by to say hi and admire your deadlift video! That’s some serious pulling, there.
Oh, and I have Raynaud’s too! It’s supposed to mainly affect people in their thirties and older, but guess I’m precocious.
Raynaud’s looks not fun. The hi today in Vegas is 73. Maybe that will warm your hands up a bit. ![]()
Wow this log is almost finished!
When is your Vegas trip? I missed it somehow. PM me your address ill send you that, dress!
print-nerdy i can totally do. i’ve spent a good portion of today learning about assessment tools for the pediatric-neurologically impaired patient. Shall we start there?
Spock-Don’t feel bad about it; i figure we’ve spent our entire lives trying to suck in our stomachs, it’s really difficult to go against that.
Pixie-It’s more of a party trick that gets me free drinks than an annoyance. My MD did offer me beta blockers for it though, ha! thanks…nothanks.
brute-Raynaud’s sistas UNITE! The best part is there is an entire support group for people with Raynaud’s…they call themselves the “Frosties,” which I find HILARIOUS. I think we should really use this to our advantage and start selling white wrist bands Lance Armstrong style. What…you have cancer? Yea, well WE’RE COLD. I’ll go set up a paypal account.
Matty-I really like how you don’t mince words. Brochata reminds me of Rumchata, one of my old loves. sigh sometimes I wish the quest for a banging bod didn’t require such sacrifice. ![]()
Kairiki-Thanks for stopping in, the kind words, and for the video (triple threat!), i appreciate it!
Clean-Thanks to you too for stopping in. Welcome to the frosty gang. I wouldn’t say precocious, just one of the cool kids.
Yonkey-It’s not fun, it’s a serious epidemic that is plagues at least 4 females on this forum ALONE. Please direct yourself to the link below and you will be forwarded to our Paypal account where you can support the Frosties. Your donation is appreciated.
At this very moment, my phone says it is 23 degrees out. So you can go ahead and bite me.
Hallowed-When do logs close up? I can’t figure it out…I feel like I’ve been living with this impending doom looming over me. Vegas isn’t for a few weeks still, PM on the way!
