You can make all these statements, motivational qoutes and words but ultimately everything comes to to the strentgh of your will.

And confidence.

…Not that I’m uber-religious but the 2 following versus,

Psalms 18:34 “He trains my hands for battle, So that my arms can bend a bow of bronze.”

Psalms 144:1 (A Psalm of David) “Blessed be the LORD, my rock, Who trains my hands for war, And my fingers for battle”

And the following military quotes…

“I come in peace. I didn’t bring artillery. But I am pleading with you, with tears in my eyes: If you fuck with me, I’ll kill you all.”
Marine Corps General James Mattis, to Iraqi tribal leaders.

“People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.” George Orwell

“The more you sweat in training, The less you bleed in battle”

“Sweat and Blood make the green grass grow”

Definately agree… and most of all it’s psychological- a man’s mind will give in before his body does.

“We do not rise to the level of our expectations but fall to the level of our training” - Archilocus

“You are your own Master; who else? Subdue youself, & discover your true master” - Buddha (Dhammapadda)

I have to say my best motivation was i was walking down the street one day and a couple walks by and the girl says to her boyfriend, to bad I didn’t end up with that guy instead of you. The guy goes, honestly that guy does have an amazing body and i’ll never be like him.

THat guy was chuck norris.

That motivates me to keep on going.

And that was all a lie…

“Sacrifice what you are for what you could become”

“Would you rather live a single day a King or a hundred years a slave?”

“Look around your gym: lots of people training regularly, very few with visible abs…” -The Shuga Enforcer
Well boys, its about time I off myself then.

I am uber religeous and I love those verses.

Knowledge will forever govern ignorance; and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives.
James Madison

That can be appled to so many things - I am going to steal that one for sure.

A dude doing power cleans on the platform last night had a tattoo on his calf that said

“better to die standing up than do live on your knees…”

Thought that was pretty damn cool.

The task ahead of you is never as great as the power behind you
