Ok I have a Metal ace pro suit and I just dont fit into it any more. I need the thigh openings increased an inch of two, Anybody know of a place or person i could send the suit to who could mod it for me?

You need a new suit. I don’t know of any way to effectively increase the diameter of the legs that much.
It would basically require a complete rework of the suit. Think about it.
Idk how adding material goes but ginny philips is their go to for alterations. She put velcro straps to my pro squatter and i will most likely have her take an inch off the chest of my bash.

I would rather spend 150 bucks and get it reworked than spend 300 on a new one
take a football or basketball, empty allt the air out, put it in the leg, and put small amounts of pressur on the leg for about a week or 2, see if that works, but be careful not to putt too much air in, or your fucked…I helped Horace Lane (big USAPL bencher) do this at my last meet and he put too much air in the sleeve, and he blew it out. luckilly it was his spare.
Or maybe you just need to cut some fat off your legs…
If it needs to be altered, Ginny is the one to do it. I intend to have my Ace let out as much as possible also.

Wow. Well like you said, much cheaper than a new suit. It’s amazing to me though because she will have to basically take it apart either in the crotch or side seams and add fabric. I wonder what kind of fabric she will add?

She has somthing set up with gometal and she gets fabric directly from them, she also creates her own suits as well

I know who she is, bro. She’s been around a long time and I have been in the sport for more than 20 years. She has done alterations on bench shirts for us in the past before we found a local guy who got it.
We really can’t add fabric where I compete so it’s almost a moot point but I was just curious what she was up to.
