ya well if ya read the whole thread i had already mentioned that i had already solved my problem and for any kind of strength or conditioning, I never asked anyones oppinion on it he just shoved it in there for the fuck of it hell he didnt even spit on it haha! People playin the all knowin role dont fly buy me and you guys shouldnt be gettin pissed at my schedual get the fuck over it im doin what i have to to attain my goals those who cant believe it just dont believe they themselves could do it. As for expert oh hell no im goin for personal trainer certification in december but we’ll see about that them but i do know how my body works better than some wise guy tryn sound like a genius on a keyboard!

Dude your “question” was elementary. As if you couldn’t have solved it without even asking for help…which you did. You asked…therefore it was answered…whether you like it or not. Nobody is “getting pissed at your schedule.” It’s just ridiculous how you couldn’t solve your issue with recovery/time with family just by recognizing your high volume of training on top of working 40hrs a week. Once again…elementary stuff…simple equations.
Almost as if you don’t have a confidence in yourself that training hard in fewer sessions will yield you great results. You’re being absurd in your new-found arrogance. If you have all the answers about how your “body works” then stop seeking advice.
