Measuring Myself - Need Help

Hi guys, I’d like to measure myself to see improvements and I have several questions about it:

A)While measuring the thigh, around what horizontal line do I measure it?
B) Arms, again on what line? on peak? Should they be pumped or not?
C)Shoulders - How do I measure them myself, using a tape.
D)Abs - round what line to go? Belly button,belt?
E)Neck- do I measure at the top (below chin) or at line with my traps?
F) Ankles- do I measure them at the bone, above it or below it?

Widest part on everything. Typically a muscle is measured flexed. Good luck with your shoulders. Neck - I would be surprised if there is that much of a difference. Your ankles (unless they are fat) should not be any different.

How do I find on my thigh the widest part?
What about abs, where do I measure them, waist,bellybutton…?

Flex your thigh and measure. Waist is typically where you wear your jeans.
