Massive Eating calories

Hi everyone I’m just finishing a cutting phase and getting ready to do some massive eating. The thing is this, my massive eating calories are about twice what i"m on now (1800 vs 3400). So how do you guys recommend easing into this giant calorie surge? just try about 500 a week till I"m there? anyone have any theories or expiriences? thanks!

I would say that depending on how quickly you tend to put on fat, 300-500 would be a good idea. Closer to 300, though. Also, if you were on a relatively low carb diet, very slowly reintroduce them into your diet. As in, if you haven’t already been eating Massive Eating style (P/C and P/F meals) when you start, you may want to only have one P/C meal per day and gradually increase that as you go on.

im in the exact same position… im going from t-dawg to massive eating…so aproximatley 1700 cals to almost 4000. I was planning on adding 100 cals a day, is that to many?..and carb wise… little by little i dont kno exactly. I think i put on fat quikly. THats why i am in this situation now, because i finished cutting at the end of june, i barley added any carbs, and i put on fat so quikly i had to start another 8 week cutting cycle. And it was only about 2 weeks.
