What should i Eat?

Ok T-men. I have been doing massive eating now for twelve weeks and I have gained twelve pounds, which is awesome. I certainly have put on a good bit of lean mass, but I have also put on some chunk, which is of course expected. Right now I weigh 195, and most likely I am going to continue bulking for about another month, I want to hit 200. After that I plan on just reducing my calorie intake over a few weeks till I am about 100 below mantainance. Then I am just going to ride it out and see how long it takes me to lose the fat that I have gained……i’m in no hurry. I question is, what would be the best way to go about doing it. Right now I’m eating about 4000 cals a day. 1600 (at least)of that comes from protein., 1200 from carbs and 1200 from fat. I want to defiantly drop cals in the protein department but I have become so accustom to eating 400 grams of pro a day I’m not too sure what to do…I don’t looking to go on a cutting phase, just shead a little fat so I can continue to bulk again. Oh ya. And I have never done any stimulants such as md6 or anything, would you advise that?
