i have been carefully watching what i eat for the past 4 months, and in my opinion have lost alot of fat, now i wish to pack on the muscle, the only problem is i gain fat very easily, my metabolism is slow.
i have been reading through the diets in the faq for the past hour and am thinking about starting a massive eating one to bulk up, but i am very worried that i will gain back all the fat (ie. gut) that it took me 4 months to lose.
whats a guy to do?
