Can you recommend a couple of suitable lower back exercises as mentioned in your article on the Modified Hatfield Split?

- One of my favorite ones is hard to explain and doesn’t really have a name. Put a bar on your shoulders as if you were squatting. Knee in front of a bench. Bent at the waist so that your stomach rests on the bench and your torso is parallel to the floor. From there, roll your spine (imagine trying to give yourself a blow job) then un-roll by arching the lower back and thoracic spine as much as possible without your stomach leaving the bench. Use light weights for this.
