Speed is what he needs, greasy fast speed, like a greasy fast Italian tank.

I think he is pretty fast, look at professional shot putter christian cantwell he doesn’t move as fast as him yet throws like 20 feet farther-notice how he is a lot taller though also- At a point your body size becomes a factor at least in throwing, longer levers help you out quite a bit. [/quote]

His ball is moving faster. Thats why it goes further. If he was stronger, but the shot wasn’t going as fast when he released it, it won’t go as far. Basic physics. Shit, it could be better form, but what do I know, I was just making a Rocky reference.

David Hoff’s the freak from WSBB that you guys are talking about!

He squatted 700 raw at 15 years old?!

What did he weigh then like 160?

He didnt do 705 raw, he did it with a squat suit, that explains the difference between his squat and deadlift.

Just some pics of the kids in squat suits, or what appear to be.

thanx Hanley i couldnt remember his name , and i have heard specualtion that he used triple ply gear , i actually talked to him online and asked him what exactly he used ,and he said and i qoute " i didnt know they even make triple ply squat suits " he told me all he used was a pair if Inzer Predetor Briefs , double ply Inzer Levethian Squat suit and knee wraps and a belt . so if any one thought it was the gear making him strong think again, not to say the gear didnt assist but still. has dave posted a total since his 2430 ?

Haha in fairness that’s 4 plys

I think the only triple ply gear on the market at the mo is the triple ply super duper phenomn (not sure if it’s that or the double ply that kennelly wears)

I haven’t heard about any more totals from him… but not doubt we will in time!

yea see thats what i thought , i mean hell if your benching 1070 i think 3 ply would be safer dont have to worry about that shirt blowin out on you, i wanna see the kid lift i wonder if hes lifting at Louies meet in august ? its kinda scary the potential that kid has i would think he would be in the high 2400’s if not 2500 but only time will tell.

I have no reason to exaggerate or lie, do not post here, and have no reason to support Pacifico …

I was able to bench 400lbs for reps at a very young age - mid teens, and able to best Columbus record in the squat also as a teen at a similar body weight…

That is just the way it goes sometimes…Genetics is a wonderful thing.

Admittedly I did ultimately injure myself by tearing the inguinal canals under the pressure of the squat, and was apprehensive of ever doing heavy squats again, and 2 of my friends suffered aneurisms trying similar feats, but I was able to do it and did do it many times with witness…over 800LBS (850?) was one of the final ones at like age 15-16 and under 200Lbs of body weight. This was all steroid free by the way (I don’t know about the stroke victims though)…this was in the late 1970s

Personally looking back I cannot believe it was possible myself…but it did happen…use this info as you wish.

lol what

Yeah… I can honestly say I don’t think anyone cares.

So your genes made you strong or weak?

It just seems that a lot of you can’t fathom the FACT that this is possible maybe because you are no where near capable of doing it yourself and can’t imagine a younger, stronger more fit and capable person doing it…

That is what I mean. You may have trained as hard as you bodies will alow and may have juiced yourself into oblivian and still not cut it, but there are people there that have, even at younger ages and less body weight

At 15 you did not squat 850 raw, naturally.

shit you didnt even do it with steroids.

You didnt do it period.

[/discussion]

oh, and also, you didnt do 850 raw at 15 naturally, while being under 200lbs.

I would like to strangle people like you.

Leg press was 3/4 of a ton too…

I could care less if you believe mine or Pacificos acheivements - Everyone urged me to become a professionally competetive athlete including the pro football players and hockey players that worked out at our families gym -

Fact is I couldn’t stand to be around people like them, and well you, so I did my own thing…Plus there ain’t no future or money in lifting

I found this thread when looking up info on Pacificos drug charges and that is the only reason I even posted…

I’ll leave you to your miserable blogging environment where everyone just argues and spits at each other…

OHHHH you leg pressed 1500? So can I (for reps), and I did it with a 650 squat with knee wraps and a belt, not a 850 squat.

Funny thing about that is its so heavy its pointless to do, so I dont do them.

Go have a cry in the corner, because you didnt squat the weight. You are either a complete liar or you did a 1/8th squat. There is absolutley no possible way that you squated 850 at 15 years old. Period.

I think you should stop hiding your medicine behind your tung to fool the nurses.

also pacifico did squat 700 at 16, no doubt. But he did it in a suite.

There is a big difference between a raw 700 squat and a suited 700 squat, and there is a big difference between a legit squat, and a fake or high squat like yours.

Hey, this thread caught my eye, any mention of someone power cleaning 400+ makes me want to see if they’re legit. (I’m sick that way, you know, very protective of my old PR.) Plus, I am officially still alive after being a ghost the past seven months. Hel320 told me they just included OL in Senior Olympics and that has my heart beating again.
Wanted to shout out at some old friends I miss shooting the breeze with, like MegaNewb, Shizen, Hanley. What happened to Koing’s thread btw? Doc
