In about two weeks i will be doing 10 days of RFL with ECA to try and lean up slightly before my trip to california. Cant be so damn sloppy when i am there.

How much strength have you dropped? Seems like its not too bad.

I’m sure you will look great once done. If you start off in decent shape, all you really need is a week of Category 1 RFL, in my opinion.

Strength is down a bit on close-grip, did 3 reps on the top set last week with more volume prior and 5 reps the week before. I guess Saturday was my only real ‘bad day’. And I didn’t take my normal pre-workout energy shot or sleep well the night before. I might be overreacting…

One week of RFL is in the books and I’m sitting at 182 lbs in the morning. I took 20 mcg of clenbuterol today. It took about 30 minutes to kick in and gave me a bit of an ‘adrenaline boost’. I’m slightly jittery and on edge. I didn’t sweat any more than normal but I definitely felt like my dick shrank up on me a little bit. lol. We’ll see how I react to higher dosages. I had a phenomenal workout today strength-wise and looked very good; a little bit on the skinny side in a shirt but vascularity was crazy, especially on just 30g of carbs preworkout.

Gotta love those days where the vascularity is out of control for whatever reason, haha.

So, this is the first day of Clen? Crazy, I couldn’t feel anything from 20mcg at all, but I guess I took it at a much higher BW than you.

I’m curious how high your tolerance will be… I managed 60mcg 2x day and that was sufficient. I guess I was also on MTII at the time (will again soon,) but yeah. ONE time I tried 80mcgs and just couldn’t deal, along with 2 scoops HemoRage, lol. Still, I know some gorillas who have attested to up to 120mcgs at a time. FUCK. THAT. NOISE. When you start creeping up towards the higher doses the sides will get much worse… it’s okay. It’s the clen doing its job. Just be glad it’s not DNP, lol.

Bodyweight of 180 lbs today. I took 40 mcg of clenbuterol and the effects were awful. My heart rate was really high while doing deadlifts and I actually had some chest pains. I was sweating my ass off and it really threw off my lifting intensity. The products from MP Research Supply are very, very potent. I am going to have to stick with the same dosage tomorrow and see if I can acclimate to it a bit. The plates were also a bit smaller than normal in diameter which fucked up the deads. Folks at the gym I’ve been going to were still miring though. lol. I had to reset the 5/3/1 because I wasn’t confident. I can’t see myself going farther than this first cycle of RFL; diet is going to have to end.

Lol, I am so straight edge with stimulants and coupling that with the ‘empty stomach’ of RFL leaves me very sensitive. I think I reached my tolerance level today. It really doesn’t help that MP stuff is super strong. I can’t imagine using the dosages you and others have. I can definitely see how useful it is though. I feel a bit of a strength boost and increased focus/adrenaline. Too bad I’m tweaking out =/

In other news…

I broke my cellphone. I sent pictures from the start of my diet and day 8 to bugeishaAD so here’s hoping he still has them. I’ll borrow my girlfriend’s phone for the end of the diet. Never fear, I will still have before and afters.

Also, my GF has offered to completely sponsor my AAS use, both for blast compounds and cruise. I’m not sure what to do as that’s a VERY appealing proposition but at this point I feel a bit young for it. Any opinions and advice would be awesome.

Srs note though waht are your specific goals? This will mainly dictate when you start. But if you are planning to blast cruise then i see no reason in putting it off. You will have to get regular labs to make sure blood work, RBC, liver enzymes, cholesterol ect are inline. BUt other than that no huge downsides if you are already planning on blasting cruising and therefore not worried about regaining natural production

About the sex drive… wait til after the diet. Just accept it, honestly. It sucks but it happens ESPECIALLY to nattybros. :frowning:

BW was 182 lbs this morning. My body doesn’t seem to want to lose any more weight at the moment. Clenbuterol sucks. I took 40 mcg at once yesterday on an empty stomach and puked up my some of my breakfast an hour later. I didn’t take the third capsule that would have made 60 mcg. lol. It is easier to manage with food in the belly. The diet is really sucking lately. I think my test levels are pretty low right now and I’ve added a film of water over my mid-section today that wasn’t there yesterday or the day before. I’m kind of frustrated and happy this process is almost over. School has been stressing me these last few days and ‘diet depression’ is kind of affecting my inter-personal relationships. I’m such a fag. lol. It’s been two weeks.

Haha, I met her in my Chemistry 2 lab. I count myself lucky.

I’d like to reach 220 at 5’9 and 8-10 percent body fat before deciding if I want to go for super-freak status. Most people say I’d need a gram and a half while blasting to do that? I definitely aim to do things the safe way. I know the compounds and dosages and all that junk but I’m so clueless about the nitty-gritty science. Yeah, waiting until after the diet doesn’t really work for me. She’s really attractive and it gets annoying when she gives me shit for not fucking her. I popped two 20mg ManPower Cialis last night and still couldn’t get hard enough for anything besides missionary/cowgirl/lazy doggy. Shit is awful.

Now is not the time though. I don’t really feel as if I’m ready. I think I have one last natty growth phase left in me.

Haha sorry guys, I’ll have my replacement phone come Tuesday.

As I said to SSC, I don’t think I’m ready to start just yet. I think I have a little more growing I could do (maybe 3-4 lbs) before I’m topped out. I’ll probably be around 184 lbs after my weight has settled post-refeed with relaxed abs, lean low back, leg vascularity, etc. Call it whatever body fat you will.
