Hello all addicted to trainings :)! I’m 23 years old, 245 pounds(111kg), 6’7" tall with 12%Body Mass. I was 257 pounds and drop down to 245 for 1 month. I just started the new DeFranco’s Training System: “Built Like A Badass!”.
Did anyone try it and what are your impressions and results? Can I really built some lean mass and burn fat with this program? My diet and sport nutrition is very good.
Thank you in advance!
the program has been tested on thousands of athletes and weekend warriors and have worked with great results…
but we would like to hear your experience on the program ! because a trainer can lie to sell so its always good to hear it from a neutral point of view !
Yeah I read every single line from the program twice :)! I post this theme because like you said, the author can say what he want! This was my 1st week of 12 and I should say “He got my attention!”.
But in the end its all about the “GUY” who train, the program can be “THE BEST FROM THE BEAST” but the athlete could suck hard… So its all about the athlete. If you give your 100% of yourself for every Fking minute of every Fking training, there is no doubt, you will be a “MONSTER” :). Good luck to you Blunt, I will post pictures after the program is done :).
For what it is made for, Defrancos program is great. If you want to get stronger, and get in better shape, then its a good program. But if you want to get bodybuilding gains, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
^ What ebomb said. Also, I don’t like it just because you are lifting only 3x a week. For me, I need more than that. Just a personal preference, regardless of the goal.
That’s not the programme the OP is asking about, read again.
Built like a badass is not Westside for Skinny Bastards.
It has not been updated to 4 days a week.
First that link goes to WS4SB when I click on it and second it has been updated to four times a week. The one on this website is the original version he wrote years ago the one on his site is the newest incarnation does call for four workouts a week. Perhaps it is you who needs to read again

How long you been on the internet? lol
Why can’t I be me and why do you think I’m ignorant? You’re one of the biggest fucktards around here and I’ve forgotten more about training than you’ll ever know so you better shut your whore mouth.
Weird I am trying to point towards WS4SB part 3 and have no interest in getting in an argument with people bigger and stronger than me so i guess ill just leave it

That never stopped countingbeans before but you seem completely lost here. “Built like a badass” is what is being discussed here. Get it?
One thing I’m not crazy about in this program is the higher rep range used for “military” presses, although it is something to be expected from DeFranco.

Actually dude, I’m pretty certain that IS him in his avatar. If you looks at his pics, it’s obviously him…
If you could read the post history of his that has been deleted, you would know… That isn’t him.
Well, even from the post history that hasn’t been deleted you can draw that conclusion fairly quickly.
I will also bet you a tub of protein (your choice) that isn’t the only account associated with that IP address.
Ah…ok, didn’t know about that. Well, he’s a good troll then because he has a lot of pics, including some casual snapshot types, that would lead you to believe it is him…lol…
