Do you stake your reputation on this program?

Who are you again?

I just did your WHOLE program in one night and must say the results are not there. Quite sad :frowning: /sarcasm

that’s where I went wrong. I did 5,599 pullups and 3.5 lbs of BCAAs. oh well, back to the drawing board

here’s an alternative:
lift heavy weights while eating a calories excess for sometime, followed by eating a calorie deficit while still lifting heavy weights and doing cardio, for sometime.

take your back, your leaness,and your strength to another level.I know this doesn’t defy a lot of bodybuilding rules;
oh, and no-one will call BS.take it or leave it; its up to you.

You look like you’re just a kid.

Lots of tough love here. Take it like a man, and you’ll become one. Build your foundation with sound principals before you start trying to “revolutionize”.

Wow.Im taken aback sometimes by the stupidity of some people, and the dumbness.
Iron dwarf,im 19 years old,220 pounds,12% bf,and have been training since i was 14 and and half.I think i have built my foundation, and im sure i can outlift everyone who has posted in this thread.

I thought the bodybuilding thread was about sharing new ideas, learning from the experiences of others, even if the ideas offered where not conventional.

This pullup program was something i learned 2 years ago from a 100 m sprinter,he was 184 pounds with 4% bf.He told me to try it and see where it takes me.At the time i was 175 pounds. In the 4 weeks i tried this program i put on 5 pounds and 20 pounds on my benchpress. This is not something i proposed without trial.

I also have a friend who is a super middleweight boxer, who does 500 dips and 500 pushups per day.Im telling you,if u see his chest and triceps, youll be amazed at the size, hardness and vascularity of each muscle group. This thread was not out of the blue. And no im not a troll, elano, plz tell me what other ‘retarded’ things ive said that u do not agree with, ill be glad to explain my point of view.

Frankly, this thread has taught me 2 things:A lot of people in this forum are internet warriors, who lack self-confidence,and are looking to flame anyone who gives them a chance because it somehow gives them some sort of satisfaction.Secondly,it taught me to keep some ideas to myself.

The same reaction of almost everyone viewing this threads 1st post

[/quote]Last line is such a joke, are you doing your best to try to start some anecdotal numbers war?

It’s also about bodybuilding, 200 pullups a day is good if you want to become amazing at doing bodyweight pullups and pretty much nothing else. I’ll get back to this in a bit…

So you would’ve been 17 at the time, and you gained 5 lbs in a month, and 20 lbs on a probably pretty low bench press. Sounds like(gasp) every other kid in a high school gym that actually eats food. What does the sprinters stats have to do with any of this? He’s a sprinter, of course he’s low bodyfat.

He probably did that for conditioning, because he’s a fucking boxer. Also super middleweight is 168 lbs, so he is restricted to being “small” for the purposes of his sport. Why are you so caught up on trying programs given to you by boxers/sprinters/marathon runners/lance armstrong(like the hyperbole?) if you want to be a huge fucking bodybuilder(or even just a relatively large but strong man).

I won’t contend the self confidence thing, because there is a lot of that on this forum, however this thread is not a good example of that. Your second revelation though, is something everyone is supposed to learn at some point, because some ideas are fucking stupid. “Better to be quiet and thought a fool, than open your mouth and remove all doubt.” If you want to be a world pullup champion, your idea has merit. For building the biggest, strongest back you possibly can, it’s dumb. That’s not insecurity on our part to say it to you, it’s you being stubborn to not accept it.

Actually with this followup, this is now becoming prime IOM material.
