Incline DB bench- 12/70, 10/95, 8/110, 5/130
Flat Fly- 10/35, 8/50, 8/60, 6/70
Incline HS machine- 12/2P, 10/4P, 6/6P
Cable flies (done high, come down and in front of the body-the natural reason of the pec)- 12/50, 8/70, 8/90, 6/110
DB serratus- 15/40, 12/65, 10/85
I find that im starting to do away with number schemes. i recall reading something Stu had taken from CT in that ‘8 sets of 3 is better than 3 sets of 8’ when proper ofc. Im trying to get rid of that “Get the weight up this many times” mentality. Weightlifters do that, and throw in whatever muscle means necessary. Thats not the goal of a bodybuilder. So, the weight was still relatively heavy, although i did not go as heavy as i wouldve liked (no spotter today), but the reps were felt out. Mind-muscle connection today was strong, and i think im going to be doing it like this more often, trying to keep my reps around 6 or so GOOD quality reps, bumping til i get to said point.
Aside from that, i dealt only with the splinter within my brain- The constant negativity of others. The disapproval, the slander, insults. The amount of Little man Syndrome lurking amidst this site is ridiculous. Oh well, that doesnt matter now. Have to stay strong, have to stay with it. I have another holiday coming up, preceded by a couple birthdays AND a wedding. Grant me strength…

It seems i left the gym without remembering to do Calves!!! I know, Blasphemy! I suppose ill just throw them in tomorrow with my cardio day.
