I Think I'm Going to Do It...

Chest day-

Decline BB bench- 15/135, 8/225, 8/275, 8/315, 5/365

Incline DB bench- 12/70, 10/95, 8/110, 5/130

Flat Fly- 10/35, 8/50, 8/60, 6/70

Incline HS machine- 12/2P, 10/4P, 6/6P

Cable flies (done high, come down and in front of the body-the natural reason of the pec)- 12/50, 8/70, 8/90, 6/110

DB serratus- 15/40, 12/65, 10/85

I find that im starting to do away with number schemes. i recall reading something Stu had taken from CT in that ‘8 sets of 3 is better than 3 sets of 8’ when proper ofc. Im trying to get rid of that “Get the weight up this many times” mentality. Weightlifters do that, and throw in whatever muscle means necessary. Thats not the goal of a bodybuilder. So, the weight was still relatively heavy, although i did not go as heavy as i wouldve liked (no spotter today), but the reps were felt out. Mind-muscle connection today was strong, and i think im going to be doing it like this more often, trying to keep my reps around 6 or so GOOD quality reps, bumping til i get to said point.

Aside from that, i dealt only with the splinter within my brain- The constant negativity of others. The disapproval, the slander, insults. The amount of Little man Syndrome lurking amidst this site is ridiculous. Oh well, that doesnt matter now. Have to stay strong, have to stay with it. I have another holiday coming up, preceded by a couple birthdays AND a wedding. Grant me strength…

It seems i left the gym without remembering to do Calves!!! I know, Blasphemy! I suppose ill just throw them in tomorrow with my cardio day.

Well Today was a low carb day, which means Cardio (OMG YES)

But, since i fooked up eysterady (GET IT?!) and mindlessly forgot calves- had to make up for that.

Seated calves- 15/2P, 15/3P, 15/4P, 12/5P, 12/6P

Standing calves- 15/300, 15/405, 15/495, 12/495+2P

Followed by 30Min of HIIT elliptical work.

Yea it was. No more coffee these days tho. I dont have room in my diet for the numbers id get from the milk, and i dont think i could drink my coffee black…Nope, drinking tea in the Am these days.

What about with creamer?
I love coffee before cardio. They say you get better fat burning, which may be true because it makes me hot as hell.

Preacher Close DB curl (The one where the whole time you are pressing the DBs against eachother)- 10/30, 8/35, 8/40

BB extensor curls- 15/20, 12/30x2

K-pipe curls- 12/15, 12/25, 10/30

Flexor Wrist curls- 12/40, 12/50, 10/60

Brachioradialis curls- 10/30, 8/35, 8/40

Things are feeling good. The weight is getting heavier, the ROm is staying large, the out of focused muscle movement is minimal. I want to get heavier, push my reps down to 6-9 region. We’ll see how things go. Diet wise, my numbers are dropping again, so this may have an impact on my lifting numbers. If nothing else, my lifts will NOT drop. I will simply not allow it. Nothing but the best will suffice. My entirety is being poured into this, every drop i can squeeze out. I WILL make it to the moon…even if i have to crawl…
