True I have been doing that I just thought it might be helpful for there to be a spot where people could state their overall progress so it’s easier for other members just to scroll down and see numerous stats rather than jumping from log to log looking for feedback.
I’ve actually seen some guys before and after pics after using MAX-OT for 6 months while making sure they eat quite a bit. I’d definately have to say the results in those 6 months were pretty impressive, same with the strength gains they made. But really I’m sure the same results, if not better because of supplementation could be used with I, Bodybuilder…either way with MAX-OT, I, BODYBUILDER, or joe bodybuilder program…if you lack intensity and your have a shit diet you will only get so far…

Exactly. Advanced supplementation protocols and lifting methods will add that extra edge for someone who already has all of their foundational elements in place. But if your dietary practices suck, you don’t know how to train intensely, and you don’t take care of yourself (staying up till the the wee hours of the morning partying, not sleeping enough and instead trying to run on caffiene constantly, etc…), then there is no supplementation regime or workout program in the world that is going to get you head turning results.
