How to rehab this...?

Hi fellow t-maggers. Yesterday was doing speed pulls for dynamic lower body day. 8 sets x2 reps of 300lb. All was well. Then I started moving up to a near max effort(just read about this in one of d.Tate’s articles) as i pulled a fairly easy 400… slight pop in a muscle in my deep left buttock…went home and immediately iced. Today (day after) its just a real tightness and weakness in a line between the bottom of my oblique on that side… down to the mid butt on the same side. Very weird cos the weight was not too tough to lift:)
COmpared to some other possible injuries i think its probably not too bad. But what rehap exercises are there for this area? RHX? haha that seems to cure many ailments… anybody with this in the past? darn it… maybe one side cos of the mixed grip…?
