This is going to sound so dumb how this happened, but here goes.
I was on the seated cable row, and for some reason i leaned in on my right side more than the left when i was mounting the damn thing. so i feel a tiny little pain in my inner leg/hip area, i shrug it off, keep the workout going.
I wake up the next day and it hurts in my inner thigh area, and my hip “clicks” when i walk/run etc. The clicking doesnt hurt, but the actual leg area does. 2 weeks of pain so far. i can still squat and deadlift fine, suprisingly. But when it comes to walking… it’s a bitch.
Any thoughts? Experiences? any reghab help is much appreciated, as this is continuing to affect my work/sleep.
agreed - see your doc. and when s/he says he doesn’t know, rest take ibuprofen etc, you may want to see a movement specialist who can help you get out of the pain and back to function.
sounds like a bit of a groin pull. but as backinaction says, could be many things
if interested pm me where you live and if i can recommend someone in the area i will.
