any of then hey are ALLL coookie cutter and youll have to adjust it for you no matter how fancy the equation. simple one bw x 16 start there for maint. and see how that works.
Oh and about 1 year… You rnew to training an infant in the grand scheme of things and more than likely like most 75% of that training has been not stellar.
Nail hard training eat for your goals quit stressing the minutia and just do the damn thing if it aint working the way it should after a month make a small change.

ya but thats the thing i wanna know how i should eat since im trying to gain speed and strength and vert
well putting something to action is #1. if you simple eat GOOD food concentrate on how you perform, train HARD and smart and make small changes in TIME as they are needed SMALL changes in time you will slowly gwet better and better and better. Much faster then trying to nail the perfect plan prior to starting it.
Lot of things look GREAT on paper or a screen but you never know until it has been tried used in the real world,
