How Much Milk Do You Drink?

I’ve pretty much sworn off posting in these threads. That being said, I can’t believe StormTheBeach just got called a troll. Super-lol. How does that happen? And by someone with a 2008 join date?

Milk makes me feel awesome. I posted in here earlier that I quit drinking milk for awhile. I’m drinking it again now, and feel much better. I know I’m an anomaly.

My limit is a quart of milk a day. And I have to work up to that. Anymore and I end up bleeding out my ass and congestion.

But for some reason, cheese doesn’t bother me. I have no idea what the difference would be.

I don’t really think so. With the media coverage and news reports out there now, you would think every person on the planet has a deathly allergy to every single plant, food, and beverage out there. Weird how this has all sprung up in the past couple years.

Personally, I think its just a product of the “special unique snowflake” generation where everybody has to have something wrong with them to explain why they are not multi-millionaire firefighting astronaut cowboys with 6 packs and model looks.

I do not recall a time in my life where people spent so much time worrying about inconsequential shit like xenoestrogens, pesticides, and “food intolerances”. Milk is meant for cattle? Give me a fucking break.

That may apply to the majority of people, but some (such as myself) have proven and severe allergy to milk products. Avoiding something which regularly makes you sick enough to require antibiotics is a fairly sensible choice, and not indicative of the snowflake fag mentality.

I’d never discourage other people from drinking milk - I wish I could drink it, and still test myself every few months to see if the allergy has magically disappeared.

On the bright side, not being able to consume whey gives me an excuse to eat over a kg of meat per day.

So that’s your excuse for eating people?

Cannibalism is not indicative of being a bad person…
Someday, it will be considered glamorous.

During the summer between my sophomore and junior years in high school, I drank a gallon of whole milk a day. Now, I drink at most 3 glasses of chocolate milk a day, and I rarely drink any other milk. I mainly just drink water. I prefer to get my calories from solid food.

used to do a gallon of whole chocolate a day. ill get back there when i feel like putting some serious poundage on again

You may be right. People who have no problem with milk aren’t as loud at the people who do.

Milk is great, I drink around six cups of skim milk a day (thickness preference) will be switching to whole milk when my weight gain slows down. And I have asthma that is under control 90% of the time so it is safe to say my body is cool with it (not being allergic) I also eat a few ounces of cheese a day. (a minimum of 1-2 may go higher)
