6’5 330? You don’t have to be a fat ass to be strong. Get your nutrition from many sources, don’t just depend on milk, or protein shakes or steak. Depend on healthy variety of all those things and more.
Eat and lift. Have good form. Read articles, talk to people and be patient. I probably drink a couple glasses of it a day.
Having an 1100 total in the 220 class doesn’t qualify you to talk like a know-it-all. If you have a problem with someone being 330 at 6 foot fucking 5, you’re on the wrong forum.
Use to drink about 3/4-1 gallon a day, was great for gaining weight, but it generally resulted in a pretty “puffy look”. I don’t care much for being a puffy dude with big forearms. Dropped a lot of fat and waist size since quitting. I enjoy a glass here and there though.
I have a huge cheat every other month or so where I consume a box of waffles with PB and syrup, as well as a half gal of milk and some cookies. These are the kinds of days where I turn the AC on in the winter time cause I sweat like a motherfucker.
the first 2 links show from 60-75% of the worlds population is lactose intolerant.
I have read some stuff that puts that number up around 90%+ for most of the humans on earth.
So you two are lactose intolerant? Is that because milk is bad? Or does it just mean you’re bad at digesting it? Seems like milk is only bad for Asians.
Hey! Im 6’7 280 to! You can easily be 330 at 6’5 and not be fat, I look skinny at 280, given im 6’7 but 6’5+ you def need to be over 300 to simply look filled out and not lanky.

It’s sad this needs to be said in the powerlifting forum.

Like Wendler says “buy some baby wipes, its gonna get dirty”…I am very thankful I am not one of these people…milk loves me, and I love it.
I drink a bit over half a gallon a day when I am trying to gain. Sometimes pushing that up to close to a gallon but I just find its hard to split up drinking that much (I dont like to drink it all at once) and also gettin in enough water and shit too.

I grew up on a farm. 90% of my diet when I was younger was milk. I also had severe, debilitating asthma for the majority of my youth. I don’t anymore and I don’t drink milk. Any one individual being lactose intolerant (which I am not) has nothing to do with anything. Humans were meant to ingest the meat of animal and the milk of a human. If we were meant to drink milk then we would be cows… and if somehow that transformation could take place, I would drink a gallon of Belgian Blue milk ever 10 seconds for the rest of my life.

I don’t think I actually know what is happening here. I know plenty of fat people that don’t look fat until you notice how fat they are.

Similarly, I got severe breathing issues from milk and whey. Congested nasal passages, throat thickening, recurring chest infections and wheeziness. Quit all dairy, within days my symptoms vanished never to reappear.
Hail fire and death to milk.

Constructive input. I’ll keep being strong, you keep internetting.

When I carb back load I easily pound a 1/2 to 3/4 gallon of whole milk in my protein shakes in my “window” which is about 6-10/11 pm. This is in addition to slamming whole pizzas and stuff like that. I once ate a whole key lime pie (10" one) and about 1/2 gallon of milk. THAT was tough and I had the “carb sweats” like a MOFO haha.
That’s pretty impressive. The key lime pie by itself would put most in a carb coma, lol.

Was there like a “food PR” thread around here somewhere? I can’t remember if I saw something like that or not. Some people on here have feats of eating even more impressive than their lifts.
