ok ive started drinking a gallon of milk a day for bulking (clover 2%). so far u cant beat the price at $2.85 a gallon, 80g fat, 208g carbs, and 160g of protein. i dont have any digestive problems with it and its the easiest 160g of protein i have ever gotten my hands on. oya and i also take 6 of those amino 2000 pills. is there anything bad to this, or am i ok?.
the ammino 2222 pills?white bottle with a red label?if thats the one-how the fuck do you swallow those mini pillows…those things are huge.
No,if its working and you like the effect its having whats wrong with it?A lot of guys drink a gallon of milk a day,I would, but summer heat and milk make my stomach churn
lol yup the horse pills, those are the ones they’re god awfull but i guess they’re good for the break down procces, (i didnt know they were that big when i bought them)
the salesmen warned me when i bought them, but he offered an $80 bottle instead of those so i thought he was full of shit.I tried snapping them in half and i still choked-no joke.Thankfully they also have it in a liquid, just got some yesterday,Fruit Punch flavor.

I’m going to have to try a gallon of milk now to see what it feels like. I cant imagine this will be fun…
trust me, its a whole lot easier rather than trying to eat that much in food. also for 2.85 its cheap as hell and you have almost all ur protein counted for. just dont try to slam it. u piss like a race horse and u cant sit up.
im gonna keep this up till the end of the year and see how i progress
with a gallon of milk, a gallon of water and all the food d have to intake. i couldnt imagine even walking to the bathroom let alone any thing else. i would be perma-bloated
I also drink an arseload of milk a day (full cream non-homogenized). The only problem I can think of is the massive insulin spike lactose causes (especially when you drink 1L of the stuff). Great if you are a hard gainer skinny boy like myself but otherwise this could be a problem.
^right there,did you see it?JohhnyBlaze just go blazed…I had to,I’m sorry
I drink at least half a gallon of choco milk a day,I also do teh same with orange juice, real orange juice though.Great way to stay full and ward off overeating with a part-time job, easy on the wallet.

A fucking gallon? Holy shit, that’s about 4 litres of milk. You beginner guys are crazy, LOL
well… i can drink a galon of milk in 4 hours so i usualy have four cups at 3:00 and have it done by 7:00, but if u want to put it that way, eating 160g of protein in food is a whole lot crazier. by the way, this isnt something im going to stop doing, i will be drinking this much for about four months and if i like the results ill keep doing it. i might take pictures from before and after.

I drink a gallon of shoprite’s 2% fat chocolate milk and a 1000 calorie protein shake. At some point I would drink a half gallon of OJ during my 8 30 am class as well. My Anatomy professor stopped once to ask what I was doing. I told him I was bulking up and that I drank the half gallon during his class. I carry a lunch box everywhere. I would also eat a pound of cheese and a few yogurts. At some point last summer I gained 55 lbs in 11 weeks while still doing 4 hours of TKD a week. No juice. One third of the gain was fat and my resting heart rate went from 65 to 95. I felt like I was going to die but I think the TKD kept me alive. I went from 206 to 261 lbs. A tip to you. Never do that. I now eat a pound of beef a day. I was down to 238 lbs and gained back 20 lbs and lost 8 lbs of fat in 10 days. I was living on captain crunch, pop corn and milk. My strength was shot then I stepped it up to a proper mass diet of 6000 calories. I have a Tanita Ironman scale that measures bodyfat and such. US News is all about it.
How do you guys find the fat gain on that much milk? Definitly wouldn’t be recommended in the diet articles…
depends which articles you read I guess. I find most diet articles way too complicated. They also invariably have a product to sell.
Meat, leaves, berries + 1 gallon of whole milk a day is pretty much my holy grail of diets. Unfortunately you can’t pad it out to an article, and unless you work for a green grocer or the milk marketing board then it doesn’t have a decent commercial angle either.
