That’s the only explanation. I feel betrayed.

If I could somehow get to the Games while getting fatter then yes, I am totally converting.
Thursday-7-12-12- ME Lower
Hip Floss
Ham Floss
Some extension work
Light Reverse Band DL’s- My hands and lats were lit up from yesterdays CrossFit experience so, I wasn’t too sure how this was going to go. Plus, I have never used such little band tension on these.
245x10
335x5
425x3
515x3
605x3
Belted up
705x3<~~~ I absolutely smoked these. To the point where this was almost my 3 rep reverse band power clean max. My best ever raw rev. band pull (with a butt load more tension) is 805 for 3. Said ‘F’ it:
835x3
LiftersLoot.com Deadlift Challenge. Signed up for this for fun. My bodyweight called for a little under 500lbs for reps but I just used 500 for $hits and giggles. I got 15 reps before I realized I forgot to put my belt on. I am a dumb@ss.
Fat Bar DLs/Band GMS/Straight Leg Sit-Ups
165x5, 255x5, 345x4, yelling the ‘f’ word really loud x 1/Bluex3x25/30lbsx3x20
Stretched some stuff. I think I am good for first place for the challenge.
great lifting.
I know you are big on mobility - are there any particular good lower body and upper body warm up type videos on youtube that you could recommend? And/or anything specific too like shoulder mobility etc.
I have watched and used some of De Franco’s but would appreciate anything else you might have come across, it can be difficult to even know where to start, and also if some stuff is BS/ not really doing anything.
I have basically not done this shit for years and I know I really need to stop with that lol.

x2. Take a couple hours and look through all of the videos. Everything I do in regards to mobility is stolen from KStar.

There was definitely some damage done at the meet. I just don’t really care about it anymore. Still super tight and takes forever to warm-up. I am going to start doing some more hard core soft tissue work because I am sure I have some scar tissue built up in there.

Thanks man. It has been going pretty well. The deads yesterday have royally wrecked my shit. My back is too sore to bench today.

thank you
AHHHEEEEEEE I think I accidently nudged you to play scrabble cause I sorta accidently nudged everyone and ya. I am just so embarrassed, this is like a cyber nightmare to me. I bet like 20 people are thinking I am just so annoying, HAHA.
P>S Excellent deadlifting as always.

Nudge me on words with friends. The flash player at work doesn’t support scrabble for some stupid reason. The only time I am on facebook is at work… shit, I should probably be working or something.
Saturday- 7-14-12- DE Upper
Stuff to warm-up
Bench- 215+doubled minis- 6x3 close grip, 6x3 other grips
225x30, 10, 10
JMs- 135x10x6
Band Upright rows- Lightx3x25
My entire posterior chain is SMOKED. I was going to do some rows or something but I am afraid that the contractile components of my muscles were going to unravel, organized themselves into some kind of ropey muscle monster, and murder me.
I probably should have rowed.
More tomorrow. 270 today.
I was wondering if you ever considered writing programmes for other people, because I would be really interested with me being similar size to you ie tall with long ass arms.
So the diet is going well weight is climbing. Workouts are ape shit awesome man

I’ve actually got about 10-15 people at any given time doing programs I have designed. Then about 15-20 more young athletes/regular people that pay me for one on one/small group coaching throughout the week. Shoot me a PM and I can answer any questions you have.
Even with everything I contribute on here, I put a limit on the amount of free information I give out. haha.

Here is the secret:
A fucking chipolte just opened up within walking distance from my house/pass it AT LEAST twice a day to and from work. It has only been open for about 6 days… I have eaten 12 burritos already. It is nice when the stars align and something in the universe makes sense for once.
As far as workouts going well, check out my next post:
Sunday-12-15-12- DE Lower
Had a bunch of awesome stuff planned out that turned into this:
SSB Squats+300lbs in tension- 165x2, 255x2, 345x2, 255x3x2
Had a 2 hour long phone conversations.
Left the gym.
For about a billion reasons I don’t really care to get into, I am emotionally and physically exhausted today. I plan on spending the remainder of my day off sitting on my couch, drinking bourbon, contemplating the universe, and playing video games.
Real, non-training life can get pretty stupid sometimes. I have some free time tomorrow that I will make up for this disaster of a workout today.
