I’m not in a league with most of you, though I do learn alot from T Nation. I discovered 5/3/1 here and it has changed my life in the gym. Goals for now: I’ve changed my cardio to indoor rowing (ERG). I’m shooting for a half marathron in June. And a full by end of year ( I’ll be 69 then) The half is my first REAL goal in several years. Also, as per Dellanave’s article, I’m setting a new PR each workout. It may only be 5 pounds more or one rep more or 5 sec less rest but I’m going to do it!!
Goal setting requires that you 1) write it down and 2) tell someone for accountability. This should cover both.[/quote]

Hey man, you’d be suprised. Alot of people here talk a big game but are nothing special. It is more important to strive to be something special which you are doing. As far as setting the PR’s dont count yourself short, progress is progress my friend. Nobody ever went broke making a profit. I will hold you to the accountability.

Me too. Not only does that make you a pretty big dude currently, but your end goal would be EXTREMELY impressive.

base looks decent. id say 2 years of solid diet and training + aas before stepping onstage

but to be fair and honest, your height will only work against you, so be prepared for that… you are better suited for fitness modeling

Ya I am aware the whole 6’3" and BB’ing isn’t usually the greatest. I would say my diet has only been on for about 6 months out of year and half of training. Have not dipped into aas usage yet but plan to eventually.
