Safty Bar Calf raises 315 x 4 x 10 Do these like walk outs. 315 feels like 505 with this bar.

the safety squat bar feels heavier because a) it is heavier and b) because of the high on the trap placement

busy workin on a film so unable to do much in way of training… Nothing great just precision driving. It’s a paycheck.
Safety bar squat 255 x 7 x 5 155 x 24 (Girl I was training with to see if I could squat her weight as many years as her age.)
calf raises w/Sfty Bar 255 x 10 285 x 10 315 x 2 x 10
Chain one leg lunge 1c x 14/14, 2c 14/14 3c 14/14 rest just long enough to put on another chain
2 min rest
Chain Reg Lunge walk 3c x 14 4c x 10/10 squat with 4 chains 1 x 40 no rest between. Then collapse like a drunk and rest.
Rev Hyper 45 x 5 x 14
Leg Curls 120 x 5 x 14
