So I’m 27, Male and about 6 ft/5’11 at 125lbs. I’m extremley tall and lean with long limbs.
I’m wondering if I have low T from simply not eating enough and not excersising. Guys my age are generally willing to move mountains to get out there and meet women and you know, do it. But I simply just can’t bring myself to get up and do it.
I’ve tried eating more and lifting on and off. Supplements, etc. Once I was on creatine and protein and my creatine levels went through the roof and my doctor told me to stop, which scared me.
I once got my T levels checked and my doctor said you are on the “high end of normal”.
I’m trying to diagnose my issue here. Whether it’s just a lack of proper nutrition, low weight, or something else.
How many is a few years ago? It’s not a question of age: it’s a question of recency of the test. Test levels can change in short order based on circumstances.
Your description of your symptoms are vague. I’m not understand what is the problem, low energy, lack of motivation and or not happy with muscle gains?
My Free T is at the top 25 percentile on TRT. So when you say your testosterone is on the high end, what we talking about here, the Total T or the Free T, the active stuff that does all the amazing things?
The Free T is where the rubber meets the road!
All the testosterone in the world isn’t going to give you the drive or muscle mass if it’s not in your genes. I’ll bet with your height and weight, that you have low IGF-1/growth hormone which is linked to low muscle mass.
is there a way of artificially getting yourself up to a decent weight and then sort of maintaining it without eating so much? I just hate having to eat so much food
