YES! I think I have been mixed up on what a hack-squat is or called anyway.

I’ve been hearing that lately. Then what the hell is a rear deadlift?

I always thought Hack Squats were done on that machine that’s tilted and you focus more on the quads and go to about parallel on it. The weight is on a slide and rest on your shoulders like a standing calf raise machine. What the hell is that machine then? Its not the same exercise as the one I call Rear-Deadlifts.

I guess shorter guys have a longer torso and short legs. I figured they had both short torso and legs. I was wrong about the torso thing.

Anyways long legs = big total… also big injury and difficult lift

Long legs are not squatter friendly. I believe Arnold & Dorian both talked about their long legs and how the squat wasn’t a particularly good exercise for them. Arnold had trouble developing his quads and Dorian preferred the leg press after several years of squatting. I myself prefer deadlifts for legs and I’ve been squating forever.

There you have it. Three professionals not diggin’ squats because of height and long legs… add me to that list.

You’re a 5’7" midget and trying to talk like you know something about long legged squatting. Go away! before I get anygry and spank your bottom blue little boy. Excuse me, Mr. 5’7" MAN!

A fellas height does not make them any more or less of a man. [/quote]

No. But it makes them a short man with short legs if they arn’t very tall. I consider tall about 5’ 10" and up. I’m fairly tall at 6’ even. My legs are long even for my height. I think my inseem is around 40 inches.

Before the advent of the hack squat machine, the rear deadlift was called a hack squat. 2 exercises, same name!

Alright, listen up you retarded little monkey. I was too tired to argue last nite. Even though I should be ignoring your ass, I am going to respond.

  1. You called me a troll. I have been a member here since 10/02 and posted 552 times. You have been a member here since 7/06 and posted 554 times. Got a little time on your hands?

I guess I should thank you for giving me a glimpse of the other side as I have always wondered how people on welfare spend their time.

Why don’t you go back to digging for change in the sofa and work on a plan to move out of your parents basement instead of overwhelming this site with your crap.

  1. You commented on my height. Right now I sit at 217#'s. Your stats are listed as 6’0 225.

I am a powerlifter and train powerlifters. I have two teenagers, one whom is going to be a Junior this year, who are the same height as you, solid, and weigh more.

I encounter a lot of guys like you, and frankly, am not impressed. Maybe if you took some of Jesse’s advice and gained some wieght, you could nut up and squat like a real man.

In my world, you would be considered a skinny little wannabe and would not even get a second look.

  1. You inquired as to how I know anything about long legged squatters.

The answer is simple. I am a powerlifter who trains powerlifters. I have several guys on the team right now that are 6’ and above. I deal with leverages and body types all the time.

You are real safe sitting down there in FL running your mouth. Spank my ass? That’s a good one. Before you get angry? That’s an even better one.

I have taken dumps that were more important to me than you are.

Over the years there have been many posters on this forum that forgot more about training last week than you have ever known.

It is douchebags like yourself that have made them no longer interested in participating.

I have watched guys like you come and go. The sad fact is that you end up alienating a lot of intelligent people during your tenure.

In short, suck my balls fucknut.

You’ve been here for 4 years and don’t have a friend on your list… no wonder you’re so bitter. By the way, I think my wrestling background and your powerlifters background doesn’t sit will for you if you wanna rumble.
