When where you in Sverige and for how long?

btw: Do you speak swedish?
2008, for a couple of months. My band recorded our album in Gothenberg with Fredrik Nordstrom (Studio Fredman) which is why we were there.

I’m actually part German, not Swedish lol so no Swedish for me, just Deutsch =D
Okay, didnt know you where playing in a band. Is it a metal band?

I had deutsch in school, but I never learned it properly. I wish I could.

Happy about 8reps @ 65kg in bench, like last time it was without a spotter. Squat where okay. I got drunk after, probably not the best idea in the world, but got a craving for beer.

okay session, but nothing great.

Wow looks like you’re getting a little bigger. Good going on your latest bench. What’s your bench PR? Also your dead lift numbers are looking ok too.

And don’t worry too much about drinking after a workout. I’ve done it several times but still progress. In fact I think beer is an ok post workout shake :D. Especially if it’s accompanying beef.

Thanks for the bench and bigger comment mike

My all time bench PR`s are 8x67,5kg before christmass and 4x70kg a long time ago.
Next week I hope to crush the 4x70kg PR.

I always want a beer after training for some weird reason, but this time I got shit faced LOL

Thanks man

Good work florelius. Now hit PRs in everything else.

Good lifting Florelius and it definitely looks like you are gaining muscle. Keep up the good work and eat as much meat as humanly possible!
mikemike87 wrote:

Thanks and I will try to PR in everything else

This means I must hit 10reps @ 42,5kg in press and 5reps @ 97,5kg in Deads, I will
try to hit that, but must admit the press is unlikely.

Thanks and will try to keep the good work up

The meat thing will be hard though, because I am almost broke at the moment, but
will try to eat as much cheap protein as possible( eggs, milk, gainer powder etc )

Comment:
Good workout. Also happy about getting 6 @ 97,5kg in deads, I tried mixed grip today and that helped alot.

Keep up the PRs man! Was this your 5/3/1 day?
Mixed grip is awesome aye. I stay hook grip until around 150kgs then switch it up, as it becomes a limiting factor for me. I can hook up to 170kgs, but not happily haha.
I find “alternating” the mixed grip is good too - that way you don’t risk developing any weird imbalances.

Looks like you had a chat with Satan too. Great job.

Thanks and yes this was my 5/3/1 day.

I havent tried hook grip before, but have heard it is very painfull. I use a normal overhand grip most times, but used mixed on the last set today to get a PR.
