This is an update rating, last time I was posting for the first time and got involved on some kind of mispelled misunderstandings and useles fights.
what i learn from that:
- The only way to increase with quality is
a) Eating a lot.
b) Not caring about abs
c) working harder every day
- You can’t be certain on building muscle by restricting food intake. Just plain eat a lot, the cleanest. Every 2 hours. Blend. Blend a lot.
- Don’t measure, there is something that stop the growing and the weight gain.

It was automatic. Why scariest? it is funny for me, I still don’t get what is wrong, shall you enlight me? I did not want to photoshop because if I do, people starts to think about also fixing my body. i had a hard time being natural just to blow it photoshoping.

don’t take me wrong, mak also dislike it. he stated it in a previous thread. I think I will cut it that part on next and leave just the legs. because is distracting.
