Looks like training is going really well dude. I don’t know your exact goals but it doesn’t seem like you’re eating that much - are you trying to gain weight?

Thanks and feel that the training is going better myself ![]()
I am trying to gain and it is perhaps not much food compared to what many other here are eating, but I have been feeling full all day long since I started taking a shake after every meal + I look bigger in the mirror, so I think it is enoug food at the moment.

Meal 3:
6 egg omelet.
gainer shake.
What are you currently using as your training maxes?

A shake after every meal (at least 3 a day) is the best advice I can give to anybody trying to gain. Try to use milk if you can, but no big deal if you can’t.

I use milk if I have it, it taste good with milk, not so much with water haha, so I prefer milk, but not always possible cause of shops being closed for days or economic reasons. You dont get gallons of milk in norway, maximum is 1,5liter boxes with fat reduced milk. Whole milk are only found in 0,5l and 1l boxes. I use mostly whole milk.
Ah, same thing when I was in Sverige.

You are probably going to improve alot if you work hard on your upperbody lifts( including rows and chins ).
If you are able to progress month by month from now without stalling, your tm`s after a year would be:
Bench: 215lb.
Press: 165lb.
I wish you good luck with that man ![]()
I actually want to attempt 225lbs for a single on the bench press at the end of the year. By December my TM will be 195, assuming (and praying) I don’t get any injuries. I’m currently repeating a cycle for lower body movements due to an injury. 225lbs kinda seems lofty but Il go for it anyway. No harm in trying.
For my press I just wanna hit 135lbs by the end of the year. My training maxes should be around there at that point in Dec.
Good luck with your training too man ![]()

Whats funny is that I too wish too hit 1x100kg in bench and 1x60kg press and like you it is lofty for me to. My short term goals for bench are 1x80kg before the summer.
ps. sorry to hear about your injury man :(, hope you get well soon!
Nah man. Injury already healed up. I just decided to repeat that particular cycle to get back into the swing of things.
My press is the only thing I’ve been struggling to get anything over 8 reps in yet the weight isn’t much. My press is rather weak…just gotta be patient I guess.
Hmmm, I think Il probably attempt 80kgx1 but I’ll do it at the end of summer…

Good to hear that your injury is healed up ![]()
I am myself struggling to get much reps on the press myself, but I will keep adding 2,5kg to the tm untill I am not able to hit the prescribed reps and I am still getting more, so I am positive, so should you be ![]()
I am shure both of us will have 80kg somewhere around summer and atleast 90kg before 2013.
ps. I need to work hard to catch up with you on the lowerbody lifts, you owns my ass hard there LOL
Haha, 90Kg FOR SURE by 2013!
You’ll get there with the lower body lifts. Just eat like hell and do them.
I can’t even remember the last time I maxed out on squats. The heaviest Iv gone is 120kgx3 which I did around Oct-Nov last year. I want 140kg-150kg by the end of the year.
With deadlifts I hope to hit 405lbs-410lbs by Dec.

Good goals for squat and pull dude, I wish you the best of luck reaching them ![]()
I wish to hit 1x100kg in squats before this years christmass, I think I run the fullbody
template from the 2nd edition book in the fall to make that goal become more than air. For deadlift I hope to hit 120kg before july and 140kg before christmass.
ps. Any plans on having a log here at T-Nation?
Thanks.
Your TM for squats right now is 60kg, with 8 months left in the year, your TM will be 100kg in Dec. So its practically assured, all you gotta do is the work.
Iv thought about having a log here for a while but I know I’d be REAL inconsistent in updating it at the moment. I might start one up in summer. I’ll be done with finals then and won’t have to think about school at all. Im also planning on running the full body template during summer.

Yhea it is plausible for me to hit 100kg as you say, but it offcourse depends on my work ethic in the gym and the kitchen.
Okay hear you when it comes to school work taking alot of time, but I am looking foward to your log when you get it going, its allways cool to follow others who run the same program you do.

2008, for a couple of months. My band recorded our album in Gothenberg with Fredrik Nordstrom (Studio Fredman) which is why we were there.
I’m actually part German, not Swedish lol so no Swedish for me, just Deutsch =D
