Congratulations. Soon you’ll pull 500 and 600 is just around the corner after that. ![]()

This is just the third week. I am now very excited about where things are going to go from here. Especially since, because of completely unforseen circumstances, my entire planned cycle is going to be reworked and become quite a bit longer. More on that very soon…
Very interesting… I’m looking forward to hearing what you’re planning.
Congratulations on the PR too!

What oral do you think would be more useful? And why? just curious. I’m guessing that because cortes is only looking for lean gains not serious mass you are thinking that dbol is too much of a mass steroid.
Personally I like Anavar 60-80mg ED with Tren

Congrats on the PR. There are sure to be many more to come. Keep strict with your training and recovery. Try to avoid the overtraining symptoms that Jelly faced in the later parts of his cycle.
Good Luck.
Cortes…
I must say that I am impressed. Wholeheartedly. You’re definitely kicking ass and taking names. Keep it up.
The strength is definitely coming as I thought it would with your tri-tren, and from what you say, the physique is looking mighty fine as well. Can’t wait to see those post-cycle pics. Or even now, if you’re feeling camera happy.
If I do recall correctly, you were planning on running another cycle fairly soon after the conclusion of this one. Might I inquire as to your plans for what to do in between them?
All in all great work my friend, and keep it up.

I just noticed this thread. I regret not seeing it sooner. It sounded like a great cycle from the moment I read the title, and I’m sure you’ll see some great PRs and gains.
I was previously running something similar, but had to nix out the Tren, as I found the long-spoken myth of Tren killing your cardio to be painfully true (I used to argue otherwise).
Best of luck with this. Take it easy on those ligaments.
Thanks guys for all of your positive comments. I’ll try and summarize what’s going on here while explaining the cycle extension I alluded to above.
Basically, two days ago I found out that the BB competition that I had expected to be held in late September is being held in late JULY! Last year a much larger show overshadowed this one, and I just made the idiot mistake of assuming this year’s show was going to happen around the same time.
With that in mind, I would really appreciate your help and suggestions, because, much like my weiner while on cycle, this shorty is about to become a longy.
Here’s what I was thinking. Show is July 27th. Which is almost exactly 3 months from today. So entire cycle length will be 4 months followed by a nice long test taper.
W1-8 Test prop___100mgsED
W1-8 Tri-tren____~65mgsED
W2-5 Dianabol_____50mgsED
W9-16 Test prop__200mgsEOD
W9-16 Proviron____50mgsED
W13-16Masteron___100mgsEOD
W?-? HCG???
This is going to be my first show so I’ll admit I’m not sure what I’m doing and I would like as much advice as possible. The proviron and mast are for SHBG and the hardening effect mast supposedly provides.
I don’t have ANY experience with HCG but I figure with such a long cycle, especially with the use of the tren, that I should probably have it in there. My wife and I are not “trying” to have a baby, but are at the point where it would be kind of nice if it happened. So I wouldn’t mind keeping that ability a bit more open than it is likely to be. That said, I would rather not pin HCG nearly every day in addition to all of the other pinning, but if I have to, I guess I could put up with it.
I’ll cut this off now before it gets too long and you guys decide to look at internet porn instead. I really look forward to your help. Thanks!
Edit Added the Dianabol I had forgotten to put in the cycle.

Looks like a damn solid cycle bud, but jesus that’s a lot of pinning for a long time, lol. But if it doesn’t bother you, what the hell…
The mast definitely, not supposedly, will harden you up really nice too Cortes. 350mg/week of that mast should really be nice for that. Like Contrl said, watch those ligaments with that much, though you should be ok. But unlike the tren, or I should say, they both rip you up, but tren is supposed to be not quite as “dry” on the joints etc, and mast really dries one out pretty darn good, which can be too much of a good thing if you have any “touchy” areas of concern, ie;delts, or other minor injury prone areas.
That’s all I can offer buddy, you know the rest of the gang will be offering good tidbits soon for you. And 350 isn’t that high, but just about getting there, just lookin out for you bud.

Nice to see your tren kicked in Cortes. I assume your show does not drug test in any way. Needless to say your diet in going to have to be dialed in right for maximum results on the stage. There are a lot of products you could add to your arsenal if you wanted to. If not with a solid diet you could get some nice results with just prop and mast.

Thanks 2thepain. I do need to keep this in mind, especially as I am going to have to time my training to try and hit my peak three months from now. I’ll probably be hitting you guys up for suggestions because I’m no longer going to be at liberty to just go all out every day. I don’t want to burn out a month before my show, right?

Thanks World. We’ve been missing your posts lately. I’m happy to have your knowledge at work for me here.
I will post some pictures, but nothing yet. I want to give you guys some IMPACT! So give me around a month and I’ll put some pics up that will be a clear positive contrast to those you’ve seen before. I promise. I’ll try and get a little bit of a tan in the meantime, too.
i really liked masteron as long as it is run at a low dose (200-250mg/w is ideal for me)…you might find 350mg/w a little much. i got too tight and cramped up during workouts when i ran it that high.
good luck with the show.

Yes, I started cardio this week and I keep turning around when I’m running to make sure Delta Burke hasn’t climbed onto my back. I hope it gets a little better like it does when you haven’t run in a while.

Actually, that’s great to know, FG, as I was worried it was not enough. Recommended dosages I could find were between 300-500. Thanks!

Thanks for the advice and the kind words, Tone. You guys are definitely getting me thinking. I’m going to want to be pretty careful in the last month, it sounds like. I did plan on doing higher reps and a lot more isolation work during that time, and to stay away from the heavy stuff and PRs. I’ll get all the PRing out of my system by the time I finish up the tren portion of the cycle.

Show is not drug tested. I probably wouldn’t bother with it if it was.
I’m decently lean right now, so I figure three months should be plenty of time to really get down to the mid (to low?) single digits. I have gotten close to contest-lean in the past in only two months from a slightly higher bodyfat that I am right now. Truth be told, I am a real ectomorph, and when I clean up my diet and add cardio, I get lean fast. It’s been a looong time getting my muscle mass to where it is, because my body just doesn’t like to hold onto it. Luckily now I have insurance ![]()

Geddy Up Cortes!
Speaking from personal experience, I never had a problem with masteron till I went over 400mg/wk.
See what you need and drop the dose if necessary.

I apologize for not updating this log sooner. You guys can thank GetSwole for lighting a fire under my ass.
I’ll use this post to let you guys know that Tren Cough is NOT a myth! I just had my first bout with it about 15 minutes ago. Not fun.
I shot ventroglute as I always do, aspirated as I always do, and finished the injection. Just about the time the needle left my skin is when it started. At first I didn’t even make the connection. When it didn’t stop I caught on to what it was. It is a deep, deep cough that burns, not like you have something in your throat, more like a pneumoniac cough, in which the body is trying to expel something but nothing comes up. A couple of times I though I would vomit because I was gagging. My wife was pretty worried but I managed to explain to her what was happening as it was going, as the coughing spells come in waves. The entire thing lasted about 5 minutes, with 3 minutes of it being the absolute worst. It is not something I look forward to experiencing again, but it was also not so bad as I have read elsewhere, where some guys talk about how they thought they were going to die.
I guess Tone and rainjack are right, inject every day and the odds dictate that something is bound to happen.
I’ll post an update on physique and strength changes when I get back home from work tonight. I promise.

Weird.
Glad you’re all good though.
I never did experience that on tren, and none of my trainees have complained of any such thing. Once again, really weird…
