So recently I’m sure you’ve all noticed me giving Jake a good bit of trouble about his cycle. Not intending to be a dick, but a rather stern sort of mentor… I just want him to get the most out of his cycle… digressing.
So I decided, I’ll put my new cycle out here and allow everyone to tell me what a dipshit or a genius or what have you I am. Here goes, but a few details first.
I decided to try something a bit new this time: a short cycle with high dosages. Typically I’ve run moderately dosed cycles (500mg/wk) for 12-16, but I want to try something new. In addition to usually one of the 4 month guys, I’ve followed up with Clomid and HCG at the end, but I’m going with Prisoner’s taper this time and I’m expecting great things.
Here goes.
Wks 1-8: 800mg test enanthate (400mg inj. on tues. and fri.)
Wks 1, 3-4: 100mg anadrol, 50mg winstrol, ED
Wks: 4-7: .25mg adex E3D
Wks 9-14: 100mg test enanthate (inj. on tues.)
Wks 10-14: adex as needed
Wk 15: 80mg
Wk 16: 60mg
Wk 17: 40mg
Wk 18: 20mg
My logic in this is the fact that I’ll be putting a higher amount of androgen into my body to achieve superior results and a quick recovery, as opposed to a longer more moderately dosed cycle that takes a quarter of the year to recover from if done properly.
My diet is an interesting one in that there I don’t plan to set it until I actually am in the kitchen. That being said however, there will be certain guidelines.
1.) Eating every 2.5 hours I am awake (7AM- 10PM) which will come out to 6-7 meals depending on the day
2.) 700-900 calories per meal, 35-45% protein, 40-50% carbs, and 5-25% fat
3.) One cheat meal every 4 days which will consist of anything and everything I can put down. Last night was my cheat meal and I put down 1.5 large pizzas, a half gallon of whole milk, and nearly a pound of deer sausage.
Currently I stand 5 11 and weigh 207 at 6.5% bf which was measured just 10 hours ago. I recently come off of a very hard cutting period. I started a week ago and weighed 8 pounds less while extremely dehydrated as well. I attribute much of this week’s weight to water gain and getting back to somewhat “normal” living.
Currently, I am on day 8 of this cycle for anyone who was wondering.
