The Challenge
Do this:
Set 1: 10 Chins, 20 Push-ups
Set 2: 8 Chins, 16 Push-ups
Set 3: 6 Chins, 12 Push-ups
Set 4: 4 Chins, 8 Push-ups
Set 5: 2 Chins, 4 Push-ups
This comes out to 30 chin-ups and 60 push-ups. For the chins, use whichever grip you like best. Rest as little as possible between sets.
