Coach Davies Programs

Im thinking of ordering one of the coaches programs, the MMA one, and i know alot of you out there have purchased programs so i was wondering what you thought of them. Did they give you what you expected? Worth it? Any stats showing improvements? etc. Cheers. Chris.

I posted a week or so ago. I did the football programme - search on my name and you will get my somewhat enthusiatic response(with all my starting and final stats). In a nutshell i went from 196 to 226 in about 11 weeks! And all ov my measurements increased by 1/2 inch or so on arms, 2/4 on chest/back/legs, stretch mark everywheres, and a hell of alot stronger and fitter(pulse dropped too!) - no sh*t either! Let me know if you want any specifics - or mail the coach - he’s a bit busy at the mo as is releasing his book, but he’ll get back to you.

Coach - btw - did you get my email in time, and also the one about the extra work for summer?

his workouts are great, they provide and cover all aspects of every objective. Go for it, give them a shot and then hollar at us about how it worked!

Ok. Im pretty sure im going to give it a go. Im just wondering how it will fit in with current training, by that i mean, I will be training tuesdays and thursdays in MMA, so how will the coach davies program fit around that, like what days training, how many additional per week etc. I emailed the coach but he hasnt got back to me, guess hes just too busy. Anyone else know?

Sorry about not getting back sooner. But I would stick with the present program through the summer. But keep me abreast of your development on a regular basis. To Chris - I don’t think I received your email but will double-check. All training needs to be co-ordinated to work within an athletes sport specific training. Given you train MMA on Tues/Thurs that will be a fairly easy adjustment. I look forward to hearing from you. In faith, Coach Davies

I have to agree with Dannyboy (in fact, I think I may have suggested the football program to him). I have been following Coach Davies program for about the last four months in order to prep for my first pro training camp in Canada, which begins this saturday. I have seen huge improvements in my speed, agility, flexibility and strength. The program will pay for itself many times over in the results you will see - as long as you are willing to bust your ass to follow the program.
