Coach Davies 8-Week Phase I

Coach, just wanted to thank you for all of the great info that you have given to us free of charge at t-mag. Also, I went ahead and got your Phase I program from Infinityfitness, and I think it is great. I’ve always had problems putting every aspect of training together. Between speed work, agility, acceleration, endurance, strength work, and flexibility, it was always just too much. Your program takes all the guess work out. I’ve been doing it for a week now, and it’s been going great! My wife is on it too (her progress on the stationary bike was, well, stationary). I just wanted to let everyone know that this program is worth every penny, and I’m not exactly Richie Rich. Thanks again, Coach. Gingerbreadman

I’ve been thinking about purchasing this program as well. But I’m about to move into a new pad next week, so money is a little short right now (had to buy furniture, supplies and other payments! Moving is more expensive than I thought). But in the near future, I’d like to check this program out. For now, I’ll keep using the workouts that Coach Davies has been posting for us on the forum.

Gingerbreadman, is the 8-week program geared to any specific athletes? Or will it be useful for anyone looking for increased strength, speed, agility, balance and power? I just want to be sure that it will apply to me as well. But it seems like a great purchase. Definitely keep us posted on your progress during the 8 weeks.
