This is my first post. I’m currently on a ckd diet consisting of 55% fat and 45% protein and 10% carbs.
I lift 4 times a week and 1 day a week conditing on my carb day.
I carb up Saturdays and have a high fat keto diet Sunday and usually train Sunday for 1 rep max.
My numbers are pretty average. 125kg bench. 190kg deadlift and 150kg squat.
Carb days are about 400-500 g of carbs and calories are about 3000 on training days and 2000 on non training days.
Just want to know if any guys have had success gaining strength or size on this type of diet ?

Yep. Just don’t expect to be as successul in those particular goals than if you were eating more carbs. Is there a reason you’re going low carb when your goals are strength and size?
