Chronic Glute/HIP/Back Pain

I am only 20 years old and I have had pain for the past year that keeps me from doing hardly anything in the gym. It all started with a deadlifting injury and then I reinjured it about 10 months ago doing squats.

The pain is really hard to describe, its mostly just an aching feeling in my left glute at this point, with pain very rarely in my left lower back. It is extremely tight, and if I roll on a tennis ball there are seemingly unlimited spots of significant tightness. Doing this will generally make it feel better for 6-8 hours.

In the gym, it is now to the point where I can do some carefully picked upper body exercises, especially with lighter weights and with braced abs. As for lower body, basically nothing feels pain free.

I have been to multiple physical therapists, doctors, and chiropractors. The most recent physical therapy was helpful in getting me from a really shitty place to being mostly pain free outside the gym, but I just cant stop the tightness from coming back, especially when I wake up in the morning and at the gym.

Have you guys ever seen anything like this, and do you have any suggestions? This is really killing me, I was hoping to do a natural bodybuilding competition in August and now I can barely lift.

I just found this post, I don’t know how you are now or if you still need help.

Can I get a picture of you standing
also if you can get me a pressure map of your feet standing in neutral state
I can help you more.

I had similar issue with the tightness but I was able to fix it myself with tennis ball and
right alignment.
