Thanks Z! I have to futz with the grenades some more. I clipped them to a thingies and used them on the pull up station area by the pulley thing! Pretty secure but not the best setup.
As for the rope…I woke up early today specifically to get to turbo gym early and try that thing. And I SUCK! Its HARD!!! I’m also a little leery to get rope burn :{ I’m not giving up but I for sure had one of those experiences when you first try stuff that makes you go “Oh God this…is HARD!” and makes you freeze up! I’m not giving up however. I’ve always wanted to climb a rope!

Weird oblique cramp continuing this morning since I woke up:{ kinda like almost a GI thing vs a muscular thign…we’ll see.
Z- cramp was before the lifting anything I woke up with it Monday before lifts and I lifted thru it for the stones. It was a small GI upset episode and is gone. No further issues.

Worked an over night shift Tuesday after a regular am shift (6am-4pm). I’m going to try and get that as a fairly regular thing to help me deal with work strife…if I avoid certain people it might help my mental state. I’m out numbered Wednesday by supremely annoying coworkers quite suddenly and I get along great with the overnight crew.
If its a problem with me being too tired I’ll stop but this week went well since I slept well the days before. For me its all about the days before- pre loading quality slumber. Its almost like a extra day off!

That’s it! Saving a bit for thursday! I filmed my rack pulls and I am not sure if I arch my back too much. I’m happy that I’ve been able to tell myself to do a leg press to get the dead lifts up–it works!
There is a lot I’m trying to remind myself to use out for things that seem to be helping. 360 degree abs is another cue I really like to use for deadzos and anything lately. Thinking --ALL ABS ON DECK! BRACE YOURSELF OR SHE’S GOING DOWN!

This was a surprise-- the good lift day. I went to the gymzo emotional, down, and like I had been dropped down a well. Typically this recipe of emotion ends in crumpled shit lifts but today it turned into rage. I was vocal more then a few times… and it worked! 240 is a frontie that I’ve not hit for months and months.

Rough day yesterday, almost a migraine but I caught in time before it went haywire… just general bleh spill over emotions. I’d like to walk a bit today and just get out moving about.

That’s it! A nice lifting day to feel wt in my hands. I used the cue to keep my abs inflated–to be exact I told myself : INFLATE YOUR LOWER BACK WITH AIR!- and it made a world of difference in my confidence for safety.
I do get leery of dl’s in fear of re-injury however the inflated 360 abs really helped today for all lifts in terms of confidence I could protect myself. YEAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!
