I know Z…I am an antisocial and a bit selfishly spoiled lifter! We did do a weeks worth of dl’s together, believe it or not I pretty much just do one set as of late --warm up to max Very minimal dl training the last few months for me. I also get very anxious lifting with others…its just how I am. Lone vampire lifting.
Today
dead lifts 45x12, 135, 225, 305, 340
rack pulls at the knee 135x3, 225x3, 315x3, 345x3 x3 sets
t bar rows 65# on the apparatus x 3 sets of 10
a set of 15 push ups
That’s it.
I guess if I want my dl to go anywhere I need to do some more rack pulls. This has helped tremendously in the past but I need to figure out where they fit into my training week I also am not really focusing on dl’s lately. Its a seasonal wave of interest that will come back but for now were in maintenance mode.
