That’s it today. I feel good but I got time restrictions this morning for driving to see the fall colors! SIGH! SO pleased its nice and fall like- not the temperatures yet, but the lighting and atmosphere is noticeably different. Very welcome.

Update: I got a raise.

Other update: I’ve beem sick for days. I had to call out of work today after fighting and fighti g a clinger sore throat/fever/cough disease. Today was the day I started to feel better but need to rest so it sticks.

I did pull ups today after a strech of nothing

10 sets of 8, 3 sets of 5.

Felt every one in an illness ached body! But activity helps me break up a sickyness. However I lack the amount of tolerance and patience my job requires to either not get nailed by a cat or cuss out an anmoying client. So rest anf quiet pull ups on a wonderfully dreery tuesday it is.

X2 on the job raise. Just wanted to say that I check in on your log a couple of times a week and I admire your dedication and hard work. As someone who has to work strange and off beat hours, I know how hard it is to motivate yourself to working out at 2 am and worse. Respect all your hard work and I feel you are a inspiration to anyone trying to train and survive a job at the same time. Be safe

Well, after a week of illness and another 1am shift yesterday, no lifting for a week plus, today’s lifting I expected to be worse then it was. I did do another pull up party day Friday since I had a week without pull ups the previous week.

Friday pull ups- 8 sets of 7, sets of 3-4 for a total of 90
did cardio too Thursday and Friday and a few sets of push ups here and there

T bar carries 225# x circle the field with stops, took about five prodigy songs to finish.

Apparently a week plus off lifting makes me sore! I have light but delightful DOMS on my parts and its pretty sweet. A lil reminder of what lifts do what for the day after.

Also got a nice set of pushups going, as on a set of 10 with the arrow stance. My lil triceps can almost be palpated on my arms. This has never been the case ever on mu life.

About 20 to 30 pushups the last few days ( per day). These guys are really showing up on my upper back. As puny as they are, its a nice lil change.

Carries went suprisingly well today with far less stops then I though. Grip felt good eith the extra frosty action cold air can give! Wonderful fall morning with some golden sun and a trippy floating fog as well.

One of those days I get overwelmed with gratitude for what I have!! And for a good grip day!!!

I am Waaaaaaayyyy tight in my whatever band on the lateral side of my quads. I tried some lunges and figured that out real quick and abandoned ship. I also tried to put the bar on my back and couldn’t due to a wonky left shoulder. I pissed of that shoulder months ago doing some kinda dragon/ ab thing where I was gripping a bench behind my head…every now and then taking off sports bras willmaje it angry.

Anywho. It was pointed out to me by my body that I should strech. So I will.
