Anyone else read his work/apply it to your training? I just finished the original book a few days ago and am getting starting on the next one…
It’s okay, you can learn a lot about a lot from him. There’s nothing wrong about training hard and serious.
Its a great book and will def help you open up some ideas for general strength. A lot of times guys are too good at the powerlifts early in their careers and Brooks will show you how to maintain and improve GPP.
If nothing else it will really motivate you to get in the gym and train HARD
