Broken Foot

I’m a competitive powerlifter and I broke my foot the other day. I’ll be in a cast for 4-6 weeks. Any ideas on how I can train around this?

I did shit like this:

And other unilateral work. Because I would’ve gone crazy if I hadn’t.

lots of pressing, pull-ups, cable rows, hamstring curls, leg-extentions, cable abductions/adductions, clam-shells, maybe hip-thrusters.
