Leg Training with Metatarsal Fracture

I have a stress fracture in my right food and I’m wondering what you guys think I can get away with as far as leg training. I am tempted to deadlift, but hesitant. Squatting will be out for several weeks.

Am I stuck with a leg curl and leg extension? I have an airdyne, so intervals on that should be helpful, but damn, squats and deadlifts swapped for leg curls and extensions is a horrible trade. Any experience? Any advice?

I broke three metatarsals on my left foot, so for awhile there while recovering, I just played around with exercises. Just try stuff; if it hurts don’t do it. Hopefully you have access to a prowler/sled and that doesn’t hurt you.

does it hurt to squat / dead if you keep your weight back hard on your heels (off your midfoot)?

I deadlifted fine yesterday. I’m gonna pass on squatting for a few weeks. I have a home made sled that doesn’t cause too much pain… I’m not sure how much is too much. I want to get back so less is probably more for a few weeks anyway.
