LA for a couple of days, head across to Vegas and the canyon for another week, back to LA/Diego/San fran for a week or so, then across to Hawaii for a week

To keep with recent trends, pls forgive me for not posting vids of my lifts recently as,
A) I havent been lifting (lolz just gunna have to reference me farmers carrying 260kgs for 50m)

Back on that little challenge I did 18 months ago when I went from 130 to 112kgs

Now im 136 and #chunkyyetfunky #fattyrebound

Nah, all seriousness, its what im aiming for with the t-ransformation, fat loss
Sticking with some volume for a while, its what has worked for me before

Monday AM - 40 min cardio

PM-
4x10 60kg
Power cleans
OHP
Deadlifts
HB back squats

Some leg press, leg extensions
Pure shite, but I need to get some movement and light weight shit before I start racking up the weight again
Baby steps

I think this whole crap food and no training for the last year or so has played a really big part on a negative mind set
Felt depressed at stages and no mental clarity
This is all stuff I knew would happen, but I feel more aligned with my goals
Training isnt the be all and end all
And lets be honest, Im not going to be a world class lifter. Period.
As much as I could fantisize about it previously, I get much more satisfaction growing my business and living a happy and healthy life, which is where im lining my goal to be.

To be happy.

Fucked around teaching the wife some cues for bench, picked it up really good
Jumped on and did 4x20 80kg
Felt smooth, havent benched in a long while due to some pain so it seems like its fixed itself
Pain was caused from an emergency pull up on the ropes at work prior to getting married (4 months ago) so i dare say it was a muscle strain of sort

Feeling reeeeeally hungry, bodys detoxing so I have the sugar cravings
Knocking down heaps of water, aminos etc
Theyll disappear within a week

Re ur previous post I think it’s a great life view to have that still includes the gym but there’s a lot more fulfilment to be had in other things.

The gym is a half decent hobby because to make it work u spend most of your time recovering anyways and that time should be used for the rest of the things.

I reckon it’d be better if more guys in the gym thought like this.
