I have been meaning to check in but with everything going on, ive been reduced to just reading and liking comments as of late.
Funny you mention that @kd13 I was actually stuck in a BMU in @simo74 's home town of melbourne the other week for a little while
And @MarkKO hit the nail on the head
Have been based in a tower in Sydney, the 2nd tallest overall, but tallest building in Syd (Centerpoint tower isnt counted)
So a little update
Yes, I am still around
Im still keeping up with everyones logs, if Ive commented in your log before, chances are I have it followed on my list
I am still training
I had my strongman comp the other month, it was a ball
Stones/car deadlift/ single arm press and yoke
Nothing too competitive, but it was good to tip my toes in it
Work has been nuts
As you can see, it can get some wicked views, doing my irata rope access soon so ill be able to abseil buildings but at the moment I can only drop, or hang at fall restraint.
Ive literally lost my fear of heights now, so thats great
Things are looking up

On the occasion Im not doing 16hr working days (not including the mandatory 3hr commute) ive tried to get in.
Had to find another job, it was affecting my standard of living this current one. Im stoked with the move though, its the same work, reumeration etc but a lot less taxing so with that change over happening this current week, ive signed back up to my gasp crossfit gym again
I miss it, it was great fun and I was constantly increasing my core lifts whilst being around mates so it was a win-win in my eyes
