Hi CT, I’m following your BWOPNL and I missed a workout last week (RDL day). That rarely happens, but it raised a question… whether there is there is any “make-up” that should be done. Considering this is a 6 day a week program I am wondering how to/if anything should be done.

It’s push/ pull - can’t you just keep rolling through wherever you left off?

I’m with @TrainForPain on that, you should have went back the day after you missed and done the RDL day, and kept on rolling them, it’d just mean your 6 days will be in a different order, everything pushed 1 day later
