Bench 230kg x2, Incline 160kg x4

Well, you can say that I’m jelly but I call bullshit on this one…

This guy must have the most injury proof shoulders in history.

LOL at the spotter sliding off 3 plates at once like that.

The bar doesn’t bend and move like there is that much weight on it.

what is strange is the relative ease in unracking the bar for the amounnt of weight.

Unfortunately the video doesn’t prove that that’s one of the plates loaded on the bar.

1:48 is the most obvious bs, lol zero friction

whole thing looks like it weighs about 150lbs tops

I’m doubtful too, but I don’t want to be hating on the guy until I’m certain… Honestly because it would be mostly due to jealousy, since I can’t bench 230.

Plus I can’t imagine why the gym would have fake 20kg plates (he took a picture of the 10kg next to the 20kg and the 20’s looked like the ones on the bar. link is on the video section to the plate weighing video)

It doesn’t look too real, but I don’t want to be a hater.

lol either they greased the bar or the plates are fake

seeing as how guys that rep these weights are usually Olympia big, and this guy doesn’t even look like he could squat or pull that weight, I call bs.

If it was a home gym I would have reason to doubt but come on which commercial gym has tonnes of fake 20kg plates lying around + he has even weighed it for proof lol … pretty impressive

Not meaning to buttlick the guy (it’s starting to sound like it), but do you SERIOUSLY believe this guy can’t at least deadlift that much?

This. I can believe most everything else, but to move 230kg of weight back and forth with almost no effort is fake, unless they recently greased up the bench/bar for some reaseon.

it is what it is

this is not exact.
size depends more from reps range than own 1RM; pls look at Vladimir Volkov ( IPF’s 220 and 242 class World Record holder ),He isn’t excactly “Olympia” size…FUCKING strong ,NOT fucking big…

that guy in those pics, yes he can

the guy in the video greased the bar, or something. plus his spotter must have the grip strength of a crazed gorilla.

Even if they got the most advanced lube in the world, a bar with 500 lbs is not going to move like that…I hate to ask it, but do some of you guys even lift weights?

Look at:
-How easily he moves the bar from side to side
-How the bar doesn’t flex at all
-How easily his lifting partner slides those three plates off

Fuck, even considering how casually he performs this lift makes it hard to believe. Combined with the rest of the evidence, yeah this is fake.
