Beach Body Challenge

Hello

Thanks for yet another great workout!
My question is,after the six weeks, should I do a new program to get some variation?Or it’s ok to continue the program longer?
I live in Norway,so Beach time is still far a way

Cheers from Fredrik

Depends on your goals.

My goals is to increase my press, bench and squat.I am not(yet) strong and big as I guess most of you guys are,so my goals are probably what most of you do in your first warm up sets
I am aiming for 60kg(132lbs) in the press,100kg(220lbs) in bench and 150kg(330lbs) in squat.

Then any of the programs will be good for you. All are designed to make you stronger.

I would switch to another 5/3/1 template after the 6 weeks.

You are missing the point. This is not a “do A” or “do B” or C, etc…

This is “do A, if in line with your goals” or “Do B, if your goals are more in line to B”, etc.

You saying that you would switch would mean that you have achieved your goal set for the challenge or maybe you tried it but found it didn’t aligned with your goals or whatever the reason may be.

Not putting down your answer. I am saying that you switching program has nothing to do with his goal(s).

Thanks for the help guys!
